Mixtape! Cee-Lo Green – Stray Bullets
I almost feel like Cee-Lo is getting a little TOO much publicity here… but at the end of the day, he makes good music. His feel-good style is quite infectious, and he brings a unique flavor to decentlydope. Surprisingly, his song “Georgia” has gotten the most downloads from our blog’s visitors – even more than Asher Roth and Kanye West’s new singles. Now, I haven’t listened to this yet because it came out today, but after doing a little research I think the concept of this mixtape was that it was a collection of some unreleased songs that didn’t make the final cut on previous projects, hence the name Stray Bullets. Look for Lady Killer to drop this December.
Also, I wanna update you guys about usershare.net. They sent an email today to apologize for the inconvenience (how nice) because their site has been down due to hardware errors, and that we should all feel better because it’s working now and they’ve put in place upgrades so the problem would not repeat itself. Four hours later, it’s down again. I might just have to give ‘em a piece of my mind and send an angry email – somebody needs to put them in their place.
