New! Sam Adams – Letter To The Lost

Looks like today was all about rap here. Not really what I was planning, but whatever. I’m not crazy about Sam Adams, but this song definitely impressed me. Sammy’s got quite some versatility, ranging from absolute tool to party to meaningful music like this. The sampling of Christina Perri’s “Jar of Hearts” sets a serious tone that Boston’s Boy kills with some surprisingly good storytelling ability. If his debut album is more like this, I’ll definitely listen to it. [via]
