Mashups and Mixes Pt. VI

Sorry I couldn’t get much music up today; I’ve been busy all day and I’m heading to a Super Mash Bros. concert tonight. Here are several mashes and mixes to help get you through the remained of Hump Day.

The Hood Internet – Dougie Vision (Cali Swag District vs. Toro Moi): This song is just super-chilled out. Might be my fave on the playlist – but if you don’t like it definitely still go through the rest of these anyway.

The Friendly Giant – Wasting Time (B.o.B & Bruno Mars vs. The Script): Introducing The Friendly Giant, a new mashup artist from L.A.. This 17-year-old’s got talent.

Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeroes – Janglin (RAC Mix): I never really liked Edward Sharpe, but this mix is warming me up to them. I might have to go out and download more of their music.

The Naked & Famous – Young Blood (Skeet Skeet’s MEGA Edit): Sweet extended remix of one of the best songs of the summer, The Naked & Famous’ “Young Blood.”

Kaskade vs. Alex Gaudino – I’ll Never Dream I’m In Love: A collision of two of electronic music’s bigger stars, Alex Gaudino and Kaskade. I kinda like the original Gaudino track better, but this is fire.

Ellie Goulding – Lights (Messed Remix): We posted some Ellie Goulding yesterday when Triple J remixed it, here’s some more.

Miami Horror – Don’t Be On With Her (Treasure Fingers Remix): I’ve heard a lot of great things about Miami Horror’s recent album. This is the first song I’ve heard from them, I dig this – hopefully their original sound is just as dope.

Pixies – Where Is My Mind (Bassnectar Remix): You might remember this song from the final scene of Fight Club. Bassnectar puts a pretty nice twist on this one.

Sorry if anything seems rushed, I gotta go!
